Milton Keynes City Centre Management (MKCCM) is the operating arm of the Limited Company, which employs an Executive Team and is run by a Board of Directors.

Our Company Board meets 4 times per year and is responsible for the overall direction of the company, the finances and the management team, together with focusing on the strategic direction of MKCCM.

City Centre Operations Group meets 6 times per year to focus on the day to day management and maintenance issues concerning the city centre. Sub-groups are created as and when the need arises to focus on specific operations matters such as the After8 Group.

The CMK Development Stakeholder Group, a joint initative between MKCCM and CMK Town Council, works to influence policy documents affecting CMK; be pre-application consultees for developments in CMK; encourage its members’ to comment on planning applications; comment on and influence anything that effects the CMK environment.

The CMK Marketing & Communication Group meets 6 times a year and specifically focusses on building the profile of CMK and identifying and enabling specific and relevant animation activity. The group also includes wider Destination Milton Keynes members, ensuring a comprehensive view of the city and wider Milton Keynes.

Voluntary & Community Sector Group meets 4 times a year to identify opportunities for collaborative cross sector working on community based initiatives within Central Milton Keynes.
